    健身課


    Physical Theme 體能主題


    Balance | 平衡


    This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on balance. Parents can help your child balance on the different stations, which is good for child's dynamic balance.


    本周的體能主題為平衡。小朋友會(huì)在各種各樣的器械上聯(lián)系身體平衡。這有利于加強(qiáng)小朋友的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡。

    Fly Your Plane


    Parents please bend your knees, lie your baby on your shin on their tummy. Hold your baby's torso and gently rock back. Kick your legs up and down so the baby will experience the feeling of flying. Parents, please remember to keep eye contact with your baby.


    家長(zhǎng)屈膝,讓小朋友趴在您的小腿上。握住小朋友的軀干輕輕向后倒,躺于地面;然后上下彈動(dòng)小腿,讓小朋友感受上下飛翔的感覺(jué)。家長(zhǎng)在這個(gè)互動(dòng)游戲時(shí)注意要跟寶寶進(jìn)行眼神交流。


    Gym Tots


    ( 18-24個(gè)月)


    Foot Walk


    Parents,have your child stand in front of you with their back to you. Hold their hands, and ask them to stand on your feet. It helps to curl up toes a little. Let's do the foot walk. Take a few steps froward, backward, and side to side to side.(They can also do this facing the parent) You can help your child do a fun dismount by placing both of his feet on one of you feet, Continue holding his hands, and then kick your leg up and say,'weeee'. Then help him land on the floor on his feet.


    家長(zhǎng)讓小朋友面朝外站在您的腳面上,您前腳掌可以稍微上翹,拉著小朋友的手一起前后左右的行走。最后家長(zhǎng)可以讓小朋友雙腳站在自己的一只腳上,然后該腳向上踢起,幫助小朋友“降落”

    Arabesque


    Show your T-arm while extend one leg straight behind the body(parallel to thhe floor or higher is the goal in height of extended leg) Remember your chest is lifted. Keep it for 3-5 seconds and switch. For the one who can't balance himself well, parents please help him by holding his hand, or one hand pushes his chest the other helps stretch his leg.


    小朋友雙臂抬平站立。單腿抬起并向身后拉伸,同時(shí)上身挺直,保持3-5秒鐘,然后交換腿再做一次。如果小朋友不能很好保持平衡,家長(zhǎng)可以握住小朋友雙手,或者一只手輕推前胸另一只手扶住小朋友向后伸展的大腿來(lái)給予一定幫助。

    親愛(ài)的爸爸媽媽們:本周我們將迎來(lái)的主題是動(dòng)物園/動(dòng)物。


    對(duì)于TOTS寶寶:在動(dòng)物園里有一位朋友擁有著絕對(duì)的海拔和體型,大家來(lái)猜一下它是誰(shuí)?對(duì)了,它就是長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的長(zhǎng)頸鹿!長(zhǎng)頸鹿是一種生長(zhǎng)在非洲的反芻偶蹄動(dòng)物,是世界上最高的陸生動(dòng)物哦~本周我們會(huì)帶寶寶來(lái)觀察長(zhǎng)頸鹿的特點(diǎn)。并且用平面的紙盤(pán)圓片和立體的毛絨球來(lái)制作可愛(ài)的長(zhǎng)頸鹿。

    廚藝課本周主題:親愛(ài)的寶寶們,本周的主題是意大利-米粒沙拉配蘆筍豌豆和羊乳酪。


    親愛(ài)的寶寶們,本周我們?nèi)ヒ獯罄?。意大利是一個(gè)歐洲國(guó)家,主要由南歐的亞平寧半島及兩個(gè)位于地中海中的島嶼西西里島與薩丁島所組成。面條是意大利人傳統(tǒng)的午飯和晚飯,沒(méi)有窮富人家的差別,而唯一不同的就是佐料和鹵。西紅柿肉末醬是最為常見(jiàn)的佐料,在澆上一點(diǎn)干奶酪,在搭上各類佐料,使得意大利面顏色誘人、香氣撲鼻,可以說(shuō)是色香味俱全,讓人忍不住想要嘗一口。而本周我們將制作米粒沙拉配蘆筍豌豆和羊乳酪,相信會(huì)非常美味,大家敬請(qǐng)期待。
